United Real Estate Company (URC) is one of the Middle East’s leading real estate development companies, with total assets of US$ 1.96 billion as of the 2012 financials. Headquartered in Kuwait, URC was founded in 1973 and is a publically traded company listed on the Kuwaiti Stock Exchange.
