Alamiah was awarded the subcontract for design, fabrication, supply, installation and maintenance of all the precast, pre-stressed & GRC works for Contract No. PAHW/T/1184/2011/2012 - Construction, Completion and Maintenance of Public Buildings at Neighbourhood (C) of Sabah Al Ahmed City, Kuwait.

Brief

It is the neighborhood residential component of Sabah Al Ahmed City spread over an area of 295 Hectares. It contains 5 blocks (C1, C2, C3, C4, C5) of total 1507 Houses on 600m2. Plot area to accommodate 13110 housing also contain the Public buildings, and governmental building such as 11 schools for different stages and 10 mosques. Neighborhood center consists of 2 Kindergartens, 2 Primary Schools, 2 Intermediate Schools, 1 Higher Secondary School, Super Market, Grand Mosque with Imam's accommodation, Offices, Major Mosque, Social Development, Social Unit, Municipality Building, Police Station, Cooking Gas Godown, Water Filling Station, Clinic, 3 Groups of Shops, 18 Small Mosques, 4 Nos. of 132KV Electrical Power Station and 61 Nos. of 11KV Sub-stations
